Immigration Law
The immigration process can be complex and overwhelming. Whether you are seeking immigration help for yourself or a family member, we understand the uncertainty that comes with the process. In addition to family-sponsored visas, we can also assist you in obtaining business/visitor visas and treaty investor visas.
- Family-Sponsored Visas: There are several ways that you can bring a family member to the United States through family-sponsored visas. Depending on your status as a U.S. citizen or a lawful permanent resident, you can apply for a visa. If you are engaged to be married, we can also assist you in obtaining a fiancé visa.
- Waivers: Waivers are available to certain individuals, including qualified medical personnel. Please contact our office to discuss your eligibility for a waiver.
- Withholding of Removal: Withholding of removal is an alternative to asylum and is available to those who fear persecution upon returning to their native country. We can assist you in determining whether you qualify for withholding of removal and to assist you in that process.
